Greetings! My name is Mia and I was born on the 12th July 2004.
I have a really lovely temperament, so nice in fact that when I have been picked on by other dogs in the park, I think it’s a game and jump around and want to play. I would NEVER in my wildest dreams consider that anyone would ever be mean to me!
I am very happy to meet with and am always ready to play with other dogs. I simply would have no idea how to be aggressive, frankly that would be most unladylike!
I do however love to play box with my Shar Pei sister Sasha who is also available for adoption.
Neither of us is partial to having our ears cleaned so we try our best to escape (really quietly) and hope you won’t notice if we are successful in vanishing – although this is yet to work lol (Note to self: maybe twitch our noses with a little more vigour)??
If we must have a bath we will reluctantly stand there and allow you, our slave, to wash us. We shall tolerate this but want you to know we can think of much better things to do, like: sleeping on a cosy bed indoors, eating chicken necks, quality vet kibble and minced chicken carcass, going for a walk/car ride, playing, did I mention sleeping???
Both Mia and I have been desexed, and we are vaccinated, micro chipped and have been treated for those nasty intestinal and heart worm beasties.
We would love doggy company in our new home and also the company of some nice skin kids.
We miss our last family very much. They had to leave us with Shar Pei Rescue Inc because sadly, their work took them overseas and we couldn’t go with them. We especially miss our 3 year old skin sister. We both loved and miss her very very much
We are available for less than the cost of our vet work – me I am just $400 and Sasha is just $500. But you can take both of us for just $800 because we would be REALLY grateful if we could stay together.
If you are interested in me, Sasha or both of us, please email amanda.booth@sharpeirescue.com.au or if email is not available to you please call Amanda on 0432 710 765
